I bought this sleeping bag for a trip to the Rose Parade in Pasadena. We camped overnight, and while it was comfortable and had okay warmth, it was 46¡ã outside, and I was pretty cold even with my jacket and thermal shirt on. This is a decent sleeping bag but not made for freezing temperatures or even slightly over freezing.

I’m 220lbs and 5’11” ¨C plenty of room. The feet have a zipper if you get hot or don¡¯t like your feet trapped. Comes with a bag, and you¡¯ll need to figure out how to fold it, but it¡¯s manageable. Zipper works great. Very happy with this purchase and the price. You can also tighten it around your head like a winter coat.

This is now my primary sleeping bag. The compression bag doesn¡¯t compress it well, but it¡¯s still a great deal and does the job. Considering buying more for my kids.

First off, I want to say I like this bag. I have camping sleeping bags, but I wanted a backpacking bag. I bought two, one for my wife and one for me. The first time I used it, the overnight temps fell around 40¡ãF. This bag kept me and my wife warm. They are comfortable and easy to pack back into the bag. I haven’t tested if it’s waterproof yet. I’m 6′ and about 220 lbs, and it fits me great¡ªno issues with the fit. While it’s smaller than my camping bags, I feel it’s almost too big and heavy for my backpacking bag. It fits, but I wish it was a bit more compact. Overall, I would recommend this sleeping bag.

I have three of them¡ªtwo with left zips and one with a right zip, so I can zip two together to make a nice queen-sized sleeping bag for couples. Haven¡¯t tried it in autumn yet, but it¡¯s rated for 42¡ãF.

Took it to Wyoming at 9,500 feet, temps dipped into the upper 30s and I was wishing for a warmer bag. It worked better on a July trip in Nevada at similar elevation when temps stayed around 40s. Really comfy and roomy, but not great for anything below 45¡ãF. Get a good pad with insulation underneath too.
