    Not sure I would recommend it for two people. Yet to house small animals in a snow blizzard, it¡¯s perfect. Easy set up, easy take down, and easy storage. Material is thin nylon with a nylon zipper. I don¡¯t know much about tents, but for the purpose we needed and the quickest delivery, this was it. I¡¯m pleased with it for our girls and will be able to use it many more times if needed to protect from the elements outside. The ventilation is also good. Just the top peak is ventilated and the front zipper. I would definitely give this 5 stars for our purpose. For human sleeping, I¡¯d rate it a 3.

It has lots of room for 2 people. I even fit a foldable memory foam bed inside. Once inside the tent, it stays pretty warm.

    It’s very cozy! Very big for one person. I myself am 5’6″ and can stretch out completely with my head and toes touching the edges. Probably wouldn’t recommend for a full-grown man. Perfect for kids though or for small people!! It’s insulated well, and the zippers work very well. It’s VERY easy to set up and is definitely waterproof and resistant to heavy rains and flooding. 100/10 would recommend!!

Two zipper sections make it great to keep bugs out. Love the T-zipper for the mesh cover to keep bugs out and the option to go into one side instead of opening the entire thing. Very easy to set up and tear down. Kept out the dew and was dry inside the next morning. We didn’t have any rain, so I can’t say how well it would work in the rain. For what we used it for, and the price, it was great.

    It was a lot lighter and thinner than I thought. I rolled it out, setup was very easy and quick, took me about 3 to 5 minutes. It is perfect for 2 people using sleeping bags; would have more space, but I bought a blow-up mattress, so it was snug. By the dimensions info, I looked it up to make sure the mattress would fit. As you can see, the mattress is right at the front of it, and it was the same at the back. There is only about 8″ left on the side of the mattress to the tent side.

    I bought this for my 12 year old scout. His zipper broke on his other one and we needed one kind of quick. This one is light and easy to transport. Fairly quick to get up and he is able to all by himself. Rolling is still a bit tricky, but he is getting there. It’s not horribly tall and he will have to start hunching over as he grows, but he says that is fine with him. It does fit his stuff and his cot that he has (which is kinda big). He is happy, so I am happy.

    I purchased this tent a few days before a recent camping trip. It opens up and assembles easily, I was able to fit my single inflatable bed inside along with other items and still had room to move around. On this particular trip I was caught in a massive rain storm, though I was completely dry inside. The only thing I will say is that I truly don¡¯t think it¡¯s meant for 4 people, unless those 4 people are relatively small. Though it was just for me so it was fine. Well made quality tent.

    I got this tent pretty cheap–$64 for the 6 person. I haven’t used it camping yet, but have set it up in the back yard a few times to see how it holds my gear. Definitely a tent for car/site camping, and not backpack camping. Fits a standard cot on the 9 ft side, perfectly. Good air flow. Rainfly is awesome. I waterproofed it with Silicone spray, and left it out for a week, when it rained three days–one night pretty moderately/heavy. And it stayed totally dry inside, WITH the window flaps down. I haven’t applied any seam sealer, but will if it starts to leak at the seams. I’m going to camp at a river end of the month, and expect rain at least one day/night during the week. I feel confident it will be dry and fine.

    I’ve had numerous SUNOYAR tents in the past and the quality is good. I camp by myself and it has plenty of room for my cot, a small table, and a couple of totes. The stakes are thin but sturdy and have an “L” top which requires precise strikes to keep from hitting your hand with the hammer (I used a pair of pliers to hold them). I don’t know how tent manufacturers can keep a straight face while saying a tent like this can sleep 6 people. 6 sleeping bags would cover every square inch of this tent, and you hope nobody has to get up in the middle of the night.

    I purchased the 4 person tent and my full sized air mattress fit with plenty of space for my other things on the side. I am able to set it up alone, but it does take a little more time because I am quite short (4’11”). I can stand up fully in the middle of the tent.Taking down the tent is incredible fast and I love that it is easy to put back in the bag. Sometimes the bag certain products come in are so small that it feels impossible to get it back in there without a considerable amount of effort and extra hands. Happy to report that is not the case.

I found this tent, and after reading the reviews i decided to go for it. My goodness I am so happy I did! This tent is awesome! It fit me and my friend very comfortably, with plenty of space for a whole nother person. It would be a little cramped to fit 4 people in it, but three people and their stuff can fit. One of the nights we were camping a storm came through and I was worried about how the tent was going to hold up, but it held up amazingly. We got some very strong winds, strong enough that the sides of the tent were smacking our faces, but it held up well. I highly recommend buying some sturdier tent stakes, which is what I did, as the ones that come with the tent are very small and kind of flimsy and likely would not hold the tent as well in high winds. Can and do use with no stakes sometimes. !! Full tarp tub !! Does not need a separate footprint !! Used in rain and snow, never leaked !! I do spray with water proofing. Good ventilation, no condensation. I use aluminum Y stakes or nail pegs. Must haves, just keep a couple of the weak provided stakes as backup. I do use them for back vent and door mat. I actually use the door mat provided if base camping. Fine below 10 deg F multiple times. 4 years Never broke, tore or leaked. Only time I don’t use it is on hot desert summer nights I just sleep in truck bed or on a cot in the open. Going to try an all mesh wall tent without the rain fly on next. I have tents that cost 3 times as much but rarely use them. Keep going back to my SUNOYAR’s. High Sierras, Mojave, Death Valley, Utah, New Mexico, Anza, all good. Notes: Read instructions and watch vids. Push don’t pull poles through sleeves. Try not to get dirt or mud in the pole ends, PITA. Tap and scrape the dirt out asap. Use guy lines if there’s any wind to keep the noise down. Survived high winds when others collapsed. Put fly pole in and straps before attaching fly to avoid over stressing the rain fly and pole. Not perfect, super high tech, lightweight or expensive, but really works great. Get out there, have fun. Hope this helps. Update: Jan 2025, 3 nights in Sequoia Nat Forest at 7k feet, a bit of snow, Lots of snow at 9k feet. Used heater before and after sleeping.     here¡¯s an honest review. i needed something easy and cheap so i picked this out without even reading the reviews. if you did the same, rest assured this is a great tent for $25. i went camping in east tennessee recently and the first night, there was a bad storm and flood at the campground. my tent held pretty well and only got a leak bc we had a cord hanging out of the zipper. if it had be zipped all up, no leaks. and my friends tent that cost her upwards of a hundred or more collapsed on her in this powerful storm. we continued to use it for three more nights and it worked great. roomy, no tears no rips. did great for a cheap tent! the zipper is just a little fragile so just be careful zipping and unzipping. but you¡¯re buying a super cheap tent so what do you expect? top notch quality from a $200+ tent?? it didn¡¯t even give issues with zipping but i can tell from the materials to be careful. idk what everyone else is complaining about. anyways, great tent and very affordable. 10/10 would buy again if i needed too.

    I bought this for mainly for backpacking for me and my daughter or son. I purchased the 2 person variety. First, this is not the tent for you in cold weather outings. The front area where the zipper is is split into 2 parts. Waterproof and bug screen. The bug screen zips all the way across the bottom horizontally but the waterproof portion simply overlaps. Depending on which way the wind was blowing this would be very blustery.I am 6’4″ and I still have a couple of inches to spare. Measurements are true to listed specs. The weight is manageable and the poles seem durable enough. There is no slack in the material once every thing is staked down. Overall well worth the price but I would recommend letting it air out overnight before sleeping in it. That new plastic smell is potent.

    The only downside that I can see is that the basin flooring is made of the same material as the sides of the tent and so it will require something sturdy and waterproof underneath it like a heavy duty tarp or something to protect the bottom.     I bought this for motorcycle camping. For the price, it’s excellent. It will probably last me a couple years. I have not tested it in the rain. The set up was easy enough. The pegs for the ground aren’t great, and you won’t be able to get them into hard ground without bending them. It’s the same size and weigh’s the same as tent’s that are 10x the cost.Definitely not going to last years and years.For the price, I cannot complain one bit.

    This tent really can be set up by one person even at dusk! I got the slim one & if you like to cuddle, 2 people really can fit with individual camping pads next to each other! By myself I had enough room for my backpack & clothes at the end by my feet. Good airflow with only the screen zipped & the rain fly off. A camping fan hanging from the center top really will keep it cooler & airy at night if you prefer sleeping cool like I do. Took this camping the first weekend in August & set it up under a tree so it had shade half the day. Cooled off quick with the fan for sleeping even with it nearly triple digits during the day! Easy to take down & put away. I would recommend picking up some better stakes & cords for anchoring if you are camping anywhere but a lawn! LOL as expected, the included tie downs are laughable (most are). It’s very thin cord that is invisible after dark (don’t trip on it) & cheap thin metal pegs that bend in rough ground & spin in the dirt if you try to hammer them deeper. If you camp in a windy environment, it will turn into a kite with them!

It keeps the wind out perfectly so I don’t wake up freezing at night and has just enough space to put my camping bags in. The door opening does have a mesh with its separate zipper from the main door slap (which also has a zipper). The bottom floor is a thicker material than the sides. I got the green one because I had read it blends in with an outdoor environment. It’s very roomy inside and fits 2 people easily. This was a great buy and it does collapse to the size indicated, is very light weight and fits perfect in the backpack.

    Update: The company reached out to me after seeing this review and offered to replace the entire item. I just requested new tent poles, and they shipped them with great urgency. I’ve yet to try out the new poles, but I can assure you that the next time I use the tent, that I’m going to use the proper guy wires.Goes up easy and I liked the 2 entry points. Got into some sustained 30mph winds at the coast and a tent pole broke. I fixed it as best I could and set out guy wires but the other pole broke the next night. I can’t recommend this if you plan on being in wind.

    Yes, you read it right. This little thing that my friends kept telling me to replace has gone thru 3 sessions of high winds, heavy rain, and thunderstorms all in one year. (While their tents flooded) I did have to cover the vent with a junky tablecloth I bought at a goodwill to do it, but the small footprint on this thing makes it easy to keep down just by laying in it. No pools of water when I wake up. Didn’t expect I’d leave this great of a review when I got it.

    I was initially impressed by the size of this product in its bag when folded down. The tent came with instructions, but was a classic X pole frame that was easy to raise. The tent itself seems durable and did a good job at holding in heat through a rain storm. I used tarps so I can’t attest to its water proofing, but I have positive expectations. When set up the tent is the perfect size fir one person. It can fit a twin air mattress with about one foot of extra space at the head (or feet).

If two were inside together, better both turn together. Inserting the support poles is OK but could have been easier to set up if tie straps were on the out side rather than slip slides. Overall relatively quick and easy setup. Should any wind arise, better have it staked down.

    This is a great starter tent, at a great price. It is a one person tent, but is almost 4 feet tall, over three feet wide, and 7 feet long. If you are 6 feet or under, you can easily put your gear at your feet and sleep two people side by side with room. I use it as a solo tent and it has a ton of space inside. It is waterproof when all closed up. But be careful, there is no vestibule, or cover over the door. My first time using the tent, it began to rain lightly before I could zip up the front door, and water did get inside. But only when the door was not zipped shut. Once I was in the tent for the night, It continued to rain with no water leaking inside at all. There was slight condensation the next morning, which was expected from a single wall tent. But for the money, it is very well made, with a bathtub flood, seam sealed, nice bid front doors, tons of room, packs up very small and light. Would definitely by another, or get one for a friend.

    After planning and training for 6months for my hiking/camping trip from the North Rim of the to the Grand Canyon to the South Rim, one of the poles broke after the first night. Luckily someone had a piece of tubing to help me rig it up for the other nights . No cross ventilation it stuffy. A gust of wind hit the tent with me in it (around 2am) one morning. It sent the tent, me, and all stuff tumbling across the campsites. It was like a sail, catching the wind and repeatedly getting knocked down. Stakes were flimsy. Being light was not enough of a consolation. Wish that I could return it and get a more reliable one.

    COMPANY MADE GOOD ON THIS ORDER AND SENT NEW POLES AFTER THIS REVIEW, Tent poles are already broken in three places, poles are at least two inches to long, very hard to bend and attach to tent but poles being splintered make it easier to attach to tent even though tent now is lopsided when erected, elastic bands are to slack, very frustrating because poles kept coming apart through the sleeve until I learned that picking up the sleeve and pushing it through is easier than pulling it. I think company should have aluminium poles. I’d have to get them separately. At least I can stand on my knees in it.

    I like that this tent is smaller than my sleeping pad, it is not waterproof if you don’t have a tarp over it it will get wet with the rain or morning dew and you rub against the inside of the tent you will get wet(personal experience), I spilled some water on the inside of my tent and it stayed there till I cleaned up so if there was some water under your tent I do not believe it would get your belongings wet.Its very practical and easy to set up.Price point and Ez set up I would suggest this tent.I’m also on the tall side so I fit “perfectly” inside of this tent.

    As a first time camper this was great! It is rather spacious (at least two people can sleep in there). As a solo, there is enough wiggle room enough for yourself and your supplies. Easy to assemble, easy to disassemble. Great insulation for when it gets cold (depends what sleeping bag you have). But when it gets hot don’t be in there fully zipped up it becomes a sauna (also a plus). It has a mesh if you’re a hot sleeper from the zipper door and the roof opening for quality air flow, a ceiling hook to hang a camping lamp. Also an option to unzip the door wide enough like a curtain so it becomes a nice shaded seating area. And when you pack up it’s so small, I love it! This was a great purchase!

    Tent was super easy to put up. Maybe took about 2 or 3 minutes. I used a raised twin size air mattress and stool had some room for a heater, backpack, power station, and a few other items.     This is not the tent to buy if you live in Florida or any other state that has lots of rain. We hadn’t had rain in weeks but the day I set this up we started with light rain that got a little stronger. Even with the light rain though, this was not impressive. I make campground reservations months in advance, I’m not going to cancel my reservation for light rain on one or two of the days but this tent is practically useless in the rain. I don’t need a tent that I will have to put a tarp over for a 30 minute light shower to prevent everything inside from getting wet. I expected more our of Coleman.

    This tent barely made it through one night in the rain, water was dripping on us the entire night and the sides were soaked. We have since purchased the rainfly and that made a decent difference (no water dripping on us but the sides still get wet). It’s a super fast setup, however you have to bend the poles to get then in place which slowly degrades the fabric which holds them in place, leading to small holes in the top of the tent… This tent is great for nights where its only going to drizzle at most, the windows make it nice and cool inside and are easily adjustable. Zippers get stuck on the door occasionally but its not a huge deal to me.

I ordered this one under the impression that it was brown and black as pictured and described. As shown in the picture it is brown and a mismatched green color.     The packaging was small and easily transportable even in a backpack. The issue is that my tent came with parts that weren’t even attached. The two poles that you insert into the sleeves of the tent, weren’t fully put together by the elastic rope on the inside of the poles that hold the pieces together. The instructions weren’t awful but I wish there were better directions included. After 30+ minutes of trying to put things together, I managed to become resourceful and found a way to attach the separated pole pieces together back into one.

    Now, the two zippers on the ends of each side to close the mesh/screen door is awfully difficult to zip close due to incorrect sizing of the zipper rails attached to the tent material. I’ll probably come back to edit this review but as of right now, I don’t feel confident nor comfortable enough to recommend this tent for anybody, especially those who rather a straight

    Bought the tent for my dad. Easy to set up and worked great even in a little rain. Good size doors and the zippers worked well. I liked it came with a ground sheet and better stakes. It didn¡¯t rain so cannot tell you about waterproofing.

    here¡¯s an honest review. i needed something easy and cheap so i picked this out without even reading the reviews. if you did the same, rest assured this is a great tent for $25. i went camping in east tennessee recently and the first night, there was a bad storm and flood at the campground. my tent held pretty well and only got a leak bc we had a cord hanging out of the zipper. if it had be zipped all up, no leaks. and my friends tent that cost her upwards of a hundred or more collapsed on her in this powerful storm. we continued to use it for three more nights and it worked great. roomy, no tears no rips. did great for a cheap tent! the zipper is just a little fragile so just be careful zipping and unzipping. but you¡¯re buying a super cheap tent so what do you expect? top notch quality from a $200+ tent?? it didn¡¯t even give issues with zipping but i can tell from the materials to be careful. idk what everyone else is complaining about. anyways, great tent and very affordable. 10/10 would buy again if i needed too.

    Like Gene Belcher once said ¡°I¡¯m an indoor boy. I¡¯ve been declawed!¡± I, a shameless child free 30 year old woman, used this over the summer as a little nest in my living room. It had ample space for a small table, small TV, and a twin mattress. Lots of books were read in this tent over the summer. It was a very cozy place to get away from life. I can¡¯t speak to its outdoor usefulness but if you¡¯re a woman child like me I suggest this as a lil nest. It will forever be a highlight of this past summer 🙂

    I bought this is February and it¡¯s now August. Tent still standing. Inside is very spacious. My boyfriend is 6¡¯1 and he was able to stretch his feet out comfortably. A lot of space for two people can even hold three. Rain fell when we used it twice and there was no leaking or anything like that. We camped on and also dirt and the tent held up good

I have sent the information to the manufacturer and have not had a response. I will update the review if I get a response from them.*update* customer service was quick to respond and send a new set of poles free of charge. Haven¡¯t gotten the chance to test them yet.     I bought this tent for a music festival in Costa Rica and I can¡¯t say enough good things! It¡¯s small enough to pack into your carry on, easy for one person to set up (even in the dark) space is honestly fine for two people, amazing for one person. I¡¯ve taken it to four festivals in total now, including one where it rained pretty hard and I just have fallen in love with this tent! Definitely get some heavy duty stakes to use instead of the ones it comes with but that¡¯s the only thing I would recommend different! 10/10

I ordered this one under the impression that it was brown and black as pictured and described. As shown in the picture it is brown and a mismatched green color.
